This started with a tripod...
We had the camera already, I needed a tripod. Then I realized I need a better camera. Then I realized I was having fun. I started taking pictures and I thought it would be fun to stitch the pictures together in Photoshop/Gimp. Somebody mentioned Autostitch and its been downhill ever since. In a good way.
Get Autostitch and try it out. Here are some examples of both autostitch and no autostitch:
Without Autostitch:
Using photoshop and various tools, brushes, and erasers.
With Autostitch:
With autostitch it does its best, sometimes it is interesting, sometimes it is weird. The carnival shot has a body without a head and a head without a body. So your mileage may vary. For me, it is fun.

I was trying to make things better and made them worse. So I upgraded while fixing it all. Here is the latest iteration. I am not really sure anybody actually looks at this, but if you do thanks. Here are some pictures I took or have. I will do my best to keep it all updated. Sorry. Then again, if you are disappointed that my site went down, you probably need to get a better hobby. I am trying out a mysterious flickr plugin for Joomla 1.5 . It was developed, then disappeared. After playing wtih it, it appears it only does the last few items uploaded. it is not random at all... I better look into that, sometime, maybe after I finish this...
